Cancellation Process
You may manage or cancel your membership directly from your account dashboard. No additional approval or contact is required.
Fees and Charges
There are no cancellation fees or penalties. Membership benefits remain active until the end of the current billing period.
Effective Date
Upon cancellation, access to VIP benefits will continue through the end of the paid term (monthly or annual). You will not be billed further unless you choose to renew or reactivate your membership.
Reactivation
Former members may reactivate their VIP Membership at any time to regain full access to all benefits.
Refunds
As all VIP benefits—including exclusive discounts, free shipping, and early access—are available immediately upon enrollment, payments are non-refundable once a billing cycle has commenced.
Minimum Commitment
A minimum subscription period of three (1) month is required. Cancellations can be made at any time after the billing cycle has concluded
